Miss Chinwe Okoli is a passionate innovation leader committed to unlocking the digital potential of Anambra’s youth and entrepreneurs. Her dynamic leadership has shaped SID into a vibrant ecosystem that nurtures digital skills, startup growth, and open innovation.
Under her leadership, SID has successfully launched transformative programs such as:
- CODE ANAMBRA – equipping citizens with in-demand tech skills
- LEVEL-UP ANAMBRA – offering virtual digital training statewide
- SHECODES ANAMBRA – empowering women and girls in tech
- ANAMBRA INNOVATION WEEK
- 1MADT (1 Million Anambra Digital Tribe) – a campaign to train 1 million digital talents
- SID Academy & Coworking Spaces – enabling continuous learning and collaboration
She works closely with partners, government institutions, private sector leaders, and international bodies to drive the Governor’s agenda of “Everything Technology, Technology Everywhere.”
