Who we are

Solution Innovation District (SID), Anambra State.

SOLUTION INNOVATION DISTRICT (SID) is a community of innovators, inventors, technologists, social entrepreneurs, tech companies, government, investors, digital tribe and smart artisans who provide solutions to local and global problems.

We train, incubate, mentor, and support the digital tribe, startups and entrepreneurs to provide services and innovative solutions out of Anambra State.

What we do

Building and stimulating the innovation ecosystem in Anambra

At the Solution Innovation District, we are building and stimulating the innovation ecosystem in Anambra with the goal of taking Anambra to the world and attracting the world to Anambra State.

SID is combating high levels of youth unemployment and its consequences in the state by implementing Mr Governor’s vision “to position Anambra as the center of excellence for human development and proactively leapfrog our students/youths as Africa’s digital tribe”.

This involves:

Advocacy

We create awareness among the populace on the job opportunities in technology innovation and digital space while advocating for the need to bridge the huge digital divide that impedes access.

Training / Capacity Building

We train the youths and entrepreneurs on digital and entrepreneurial skills for professional growth and self sustenance.

Mentorship

We connect successful entrepreneurs, digital entrepreneurs, investors, startups and other experts in relevant fields as mentors to guide our startup teams and digital tribe.

Co-Working Office Facility

We provide a comfortable working environment with electricity, high speed internet, co-working office spaces, conference room, training facility and training labs for our digital tribe and entrepreneurs.

Investment

We provide access to investment opportunities for our startups and entrepreneurs through Anambra State Angel Investors Network and Anambra Small Business Agency to accelerate startup growth.

Partnership

We are open to partnerships with the academia, global technology companies, development institutions, private and public sectors, to facilitate and support the growth of our digital tribe, startups and entrepreneurs in Anambra State.
